Shipping Policy
BY PLACING AN ORDER, THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS BOTH THE SHIPPING POLICY AND REFUND POLICY.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
It takes us 3-12 business days to process the order, and the items will arrive within 12-60 days at this time, depending on the initial and final locations. Please understand these times are extrapolated due to delays in shipping due to the recent postal strike in Canada. Please be patient with us and the amazing delivery services out there, your products can very well arrive earlier than anticipated. These shipping times vary a lot due to safety measures in place relating to COVID-19 and catch up delays. During certain times of the year (including holidays), there may be delays due to the amount of packages going through postal carriers. During busy times, the estimated delivery time is 14-65 days. Please note during busier seasons (usually fall and October) processing time can extend past the 12 days as many items are made to order and I am a one person team. If you need your order filled by a certain date please reach out before ordering and I will be able to confirm if it is possible. Be sure to leave the date needed in the order notes.
LARGE ORDERS
If you are ordering in bulk please be aware of the following:
Specialty, made to order items may exceed standard processing time (i.e. if you order 400 ritual candles it will take more than a week to create as each individual candle is hand-dressed and I am a one-person team)
Shipping costs may be higher (product dependent), however if I see you have multiple different items, I will try to ship them together and refund any excess shipping costs
If you are a small business bulk shopping please get in contact with me I do offer discounts for other shop owners!

LOCAL ORDERS
If you happen to live in Regina you can choose to have it delivered personally to your doorstep or pick up the item yourself. I charge a delivery fee to cover gas, wear and tear on my vehicle and packaging items.
Delivery is based on location in the city. I currently do not deliver outside of Regina, this includes areas like White City and Balgonie. You can either arrange for free pickup or delivery within the city. All pickup orders are free! If you are unsure if local delivery is available to you please contact me PRIOR to placing your order!
PLEASE NOTE: This does NOT apply to clothing orders/ anything manufactured out of house as I do not have the physical product and it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer!
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If you place an order for a pre-order item please be aware of the following:
It will take longer than usual and possibly several months to arrive, as these items are not yet in my possession when you order
Pre-orders help offset costs, especially for more expensive items. If there are not enough pre-orders I may not be able to bring in those items
In the case of not having enough pre-orders I will notify and refund for the pre-order items
Standard pre-orders required to bring in a product is 5 products.
Non pre-order items purchased with pre-order items will be sent out with regular shipping times unless requested to wait.
GIFT WRAPPING
We do offer gift wrapping through our website. If you head over to our Gift Cards and Donations page you can add gift wrapping for a small fee and include a little note to the recipient. This is a great idea if you know exactly what to get, otherwise gift cards can be found in the same section for your convenience!
WILL MULTIPLE ITEMS ARRIVE TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY?
In order to get the items to you as fast as possible, multiple items will most likely arrive separately. Depending on what type of item, it is made in different facilities, and so may be shipped separately. All items made in house by Ice will ship together.
WHERE DO THE ITEMS SHIP FROM?
While the majority of items do ship from Canada, we source our products from multiple wholesalers around the world. Our items ship from warehouses located in United States and Canada, depending on what the product is. This is why depending on which items selected, they will arrive separately.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately due to current events we have had to reduce where we ship to and change our shipping practices. At this time we only ship within Canada and to the United States and Australia. Please note some items may not be available in your country due to laws and restrictions.
Please be advised some portions of your orders may be refunded and not shipped if they cannot be shipped to your destination country. It is your responsibility to be aware of the import laws for your country. If you have any questions prior to your order or concerns you can contact me by email at littledevilemporium@gmail.com.
Please be advised that if an item does ship and is seized by customs we are not responsible for replacing or refunding items taken by customs.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS?
Unfortunately, we can't control customs charges. Occasionally, they may occur when items cross borders, and it is up to the customer to pay them. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. The customer is responsible for all customs and post carrier fees.
To our American friends: As of right now we will continue shipping to the US for as long as possible. Unfortunately as things become more dire in the US and tariffs are put into place that may not be the case. Be sure to follow our socials to keep up to date as things unfold. Our hearts go out to the American people right now, especially those displaced or living in fear of what is to come.
WILL THERE BE DELAYS DUE TO CP POSTAL STRIKE AND THE TRADE WAR?
Our fulfilment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. We are not responsible due to delays by the postal services, if you live outside of North America I suggest ordering well in advance if you require something for a certain date. We are so grateful to all shipping carriers handling this unprecedented situation. Please be patient with us and the amazing delivery services out there.
