Because this product is made with coconut oil it may harden when exposed to colder temperatures. Place bottle in warm (not boiling) water to return the oil to desired consistency. I prefer the a creamy state, however some customers may prefer allowing it to soften to the point of a clear oil for the purposes of adding to a bath. I prefer the creamy consistency as I use it as an after bath oil for a light fragrance and moisturizer.
